Return Policy

At Legion General Trading, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer refund, return, and exchange services under the following conditions: 

Return Conditions

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be in its original condition — unopened, unused, and undamaged.
  • If the product is part of a bundle or set, the entire set must be returned.

How to Submit a Return Request?

  1. Send an email to [info@symphonyspread.ae] with the subject:
    “RETURN ITEM – [Your Order Number]”
  2. Include the following details:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the product (to verify its condition)
  3. We will review your request and respond with return instructions within 5 business days.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your return is approved or rejected.
  • If approved:
    • You will receive a store credit voucher for the actual product value (note: shipping fees are non-refundable),
    • Or, the amount may be refunded to your original payment method (for easier tracking).
  • If rejected (e.g., item is used or damaged), we will return the package to you.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Opened or partially used products (unless defective).
  • Change of mind after purchase (unless covered by a satisfaction guarantee).
  • Products purchased during promotions or sales (unless defective).

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are allowed only in the case of receiving the wrong or a defective product.
  • The product must be unopened and in its original condition.

How to Request an Exchange?

  1. Send an email to [info@symphonyspread.ae] with the subject:
    “EXCHANGE REQUEST – [Your Order Number]”
    Or contact us via WhatsApp at +971 56 829 9899
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Product name and reason for exchange
    • Photos (if available)
  3. We will arrange for the exchange once we receive the original product.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • If the exchange is due to a customer’s request, the shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Dispute Resolution

  • If a refund has not been properly processed, the customer has the right to dispute the transaction.
  • Legion General Trading will be responsible for any unresolved disputes and will work promptly to resolve them.
